Shipment Guidelines:
- Item will be shipped out typically within ONE business day once the payment is cleared.
- Signature will be required upon delivery on item valued above $750. Please be present at the delivery address for signing.
- A tracking number will be provided upon shipment. Orders confirmed on Weekends and on Friday after 2 pm EST will be shipped on Monday.
- Free ground shipping applies to the 48 continental states in the U.S. only. Additional shipping cost applies to HI/AK/PR, and other U.S. territories outside the 48 continental states. Please contact us for a shipping quote.
- When shipping in the USA, the item ships through FedEx, UPS or USPS with tracking information provided.
- No local pickups.

Return Rules and Instructions:
- Most of our products are covered by manufacture warranty. If you have a technical issue, please contact the manufacturer via online chat, phone or in-home service.
- Desktop, laptops, tablets, and/or accessories purchased from us that didn’t start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item is returned in its original condition (no missing box, packing material, accessories, etc.)
- All returns are subject to a restocking fee, unless it is confirmed by the manufacture that the product is defective.
- We may impose a restocking fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price depending on the condition of the return and costs associated with the original purchase.
- Any returned desktop, laptop or tablet that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee.
- Once the item has been received and inspected by us, your refund will be processed.
- No returns for wholesaler/reseller purchases.
